What You'll Do:

• Respond quickly and professionally to service requests
• Handle repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
• Perform preventative maintenance and help turn units with care
• Maintain the property's exterior, amenities, and shared spaces
• Communicate clearly with and office staff
• Take part in the on-call rotation
• Show pride in every home, hallway, and detail

What You Bring:

• Experience in apartment maintenance or related fields
• HVAC certification is a plus (but not required)
• Strong problem-solving skills and a sense of ownership
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Reliable transportation and willingness to respond to after-hours needs
• A positive, team-first attitude and commitment to excellent service
