Join us and build _your_ ambition.**ABOUT THE ROLE**Perform maintenance, equipment operation, grounds and housekeeping tasks necessary to maintain rail site, buildings, grounds and equipment managed by regional business entities**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**+ Operates straight or articulated rubber-tired tractor-type vehicle equipped with a front-mounted hydraulically powered bucket or scoop to lift and transport bulk materials onto trucks.+ Starts engine, shifts gears, presses pedals, and turns steering wheel to operate loader; moves levers to lower and tilt bucket and drives front-end loader forward to force bucket into bulk material; moves levers to raise and tilt bucket when filled, drives vehicle to work site, and moves levers to dump material+ Perform assignments outlined by the Foreman, and standard procedures are followed in the performance of duties; work is inspected periodically for safety and economy in operation+ Performs routine maintenance on loader, such as lubricating, fueling, and cleaning+ Maintain an effective system of communications with supervisors and customers serviced+ Other duties as assigned**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**+ Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent+ Required Work Experience: 2 years general related to duties and responsibilities+ Strong mechanical aptitude, ability to use hand and power tools+ Knowledge of company processes and procedures+ Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time+ Able to prioritize work+ Valid driver's licenseAdditional Requirements:+ Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas.
