Job Summary

The Warehouse associate in our Team Sales Department supports daily Team Sales operations with a focus on quality control, order fulfillment, and inventory handling for team and bulk orders. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and professional service to our customers. This is a part-time role requiring strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and a team-oriented mindset.

Requirements

Essential Job Functions

• Pick, count, sort, and organize decorated and non-decorated products for team orders
• Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and product standards
• Package and prepare team sales orders for shipment
• Operate ladders (8-10 feet) to retrieve or store merchandise at height
• Assist with cycle counts and ongoing inventory management
• Load and unload shipments as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols
• Perform additional warehouse tasks and support functions as assigned

Additional Responsibilities and Requirements

• May require performing other roles to support business needs

Qualifications, Education, and Experience

• 1 year experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution center environment E-commerce, DTC shipping
• Previous warehouse, retail, or order fulfillment experience is a plus
• A passion for sports and familiarity with team or sporting goods equipment
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders
• Strong attention to detail, especially in sorting, labeling, and counting products
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment
• Willingness to take direction and learn multiple areas of the warehouse process
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work

Cognitive and Physical Demands:

• Ability to focus on repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy
• Good manual dexterity for handling small items and labels
• Able to bend, reach, stoop, push, and pull frequently
• Able to safely lift, carry, and move objects up to 75 pounds

Working Conditions

• Work is performed in a warehouse environment
• Noise level may be moderate to loud
• Temperature may vary depending on season and ventilation
• Must be comfortable working on concrete floors and at heights
