A leading automotive parts manufacturer is seeking a Corporate Planning Analyst to support strategic initiatives and corporate planning activities under the guidance of executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial and business data to support strategic and operational decision-making
- Coordinate company-wide planning activities, including Hoshin planning and cost control tracking
- Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for leadership on goal progress and corrective actions
- Facilitate communication between departments and across corporate entities
- Lead or support projects aligned with company strategy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Fluent in Japanese and English (Spanish is a plus)
- 3+ years of corporate planning, financial analysis, or project coordination experience
- Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with KPI tracking and cross-functional collaboration
- Willingness to travel 10–30% domestically
