The IT Resource (SAP) Manager develops strategies and designs complex system technology solutions for business enablement. The incumbent is responsible for business transformation through the design and documentation of solution architecture standards and procedures, providing leadership in solving complex business technology problems. The position leads ITD efforts in selecting tools, software, hardware, and communication interfaces, conducting technical reviews and analyses to define requirements and solution options. It also involves assisting ITD leadership, Business Technology Consultants, and project teams in developing strategic solution roadmaps and technical implementation plans.
