Job Summary

The Senior Branch Service Manager is a player-coach role, acting as the primary liaison between the Complex management team and the branch on operational matters by modeling, encouraging, and developing a positive and productive work environment to foster a strong team culture within the branch.

What will you do?

• Oversee branch staff and operations to ensure smooth functioning, including onboarding, training, motivating staff, providing work direction, and resolving staff-related issues or escalating them to the Complex management team.
• Communicate policy and procedural changes effectively, ensuring branch employees are informed and able to perform their duties efficiently.
• Onboard new accounts, accurately record securities and coupons received from clients, credit them to the proper accounts, and transmit them promptly to the main office and Minneapolis following all procedures.
• Maintain branch security by keeping the cage locked and prohibiting unauthorized access.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients by assisting with account questions, facilitating fund and securities transfers, completing trades, and processing checks, wires, and ACH transactions promptly.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
• 5+ years of financial services experience with knowledge of industry rules and regulations
• Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) and Series 9/10 (or 8)
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Previous supervisory experience
• Attention to detail and a mindset for improving branch efficiency and effectiveness
