Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required as deemed necessary by Harbor Group Management Company.Collaborate with the maintenance team to make sure the grounds, buildings, and amenities are always properly cared forDaily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds that includes cleaning and removing trashMaintain, repair, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and the management companyLandscape the community as instructedAssist maintenance team with minor service/repairsRake, sweep, shovel, and salt as circumstances warrantQUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
