Summary:

The position is responsible for studying individual customer and industry business processes, identifying customer and key influencer objectives, and adapting the specified technology to meet the customer's needs. The Business Solutions Analyst provides personalized interviews, customer training, software configuration, and technical support to create value and optimize client assets. This individual acts as the primary contact for assigned clients and coordinates all related service activities.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Use system analysis to understand customer procedures and goals.
2. Configure MICRO Technology systems and develop programs to meet objectives efficiently.
3. Communicate requirements effectively between systems, animal health, and client/veterinarian goals.
4. Coordinate schedules and complete work orders for system installation, including hardware specifications.
5. Handle system configuration, data loading, quality assurance, testing, and client training.
6. Train clients on inventory management and FDA compliance guidelines.
7. Install software packages on client computers.
8. Develop and communicate operating procedures related to Micro Technology systems.
9. Understand client requirements and design tailored system solutions.
10. Evaluate and test software prototypes and final products to ensure requirements are met.
11. Modify software and train clients accordingly.
12. Define and implement remote access connectivity.
13. Evaluate system performance and recommend enhancements.
14. Identify and work on resolving software and process issues.
15. Perform other duties as assigned.

• Associate's degree or 2 years of college, preferably in Animal Science, Feedlot Management, Nutrition, or related fields.
• 2-3 years of experience in a feed yard, mainly in feed management.
• Knowledge of PCs, operating systems, databases, and related software.
• Basic understanding of cattle and agricultural processes.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently within the US.
• Overnight travel up to 50% required.
