Job Description:Our client is currently seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of complex, full life-cycle technical projects. This role requires a strategic leader who is adept at multi-tasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely execution, clear communication, and measurable outcomes across multiple concurrent projects. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and requires a deep understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.Responsibilities: Own the delivery and execution of multiple, concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals and strategic direction.Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, utilizing established methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall, tailoring them as necessary to meet project needs and stakeholder requirements.Facilitate effective communication across cross-functional teams, including developers, UX designers, product managers, and business stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment on project goals and deliverables.Proactively identify, communicate, and manage any project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on project timelines and outcomes.Conduct regular project status meetings, manage change requests, and negotiate resource allocation to maintain project momentum and adherence to established timelines.Ensure rigorous quality control and adherence to project delivery standards across all phases of the project lifecycle.Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing complex, full life-cycle technical projects, particularly within the software development sector.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field is required.Professional certification in Project Management (PMP) is highly desired; Scrum Master certification is a strong plus.Demonstrable experience with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or Trello.Strong technical background with an understanding of Application Development, Web Technologies, and Systems Integration.Familiarity with relational databases (MS SQL preferred) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is advantageous.Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence without direct authority.GDH provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants foremployment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, geneticinformation, veteran's status or any other category protected by law.
