ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems, policies, and processes in accordance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement corrective actions to prevent product defects.
• Analyze quality control data and reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of raw materials and components used in our manufacturing processes.
• Manage customer complaints and non-conformance issues, conducting thorough investigations and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to product quality.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in quality control to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in decorative or architectural metals or a similar field.
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards, methodologies, and statistical techniques.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve quality objectives.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and quality management software.
