Position: Senior Director Human Resources Business Partner, Atlanta, GA

A fast-growing national chain with 3,300 locations across the country is seeking a Senior Director of Human Resources Business Partner. This role will support three vice presidents in their Field Operations nationwide. The position reports directly to the VP of Human Resources and offers upward mobility.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in Quick Service Restaurant or Convenience Store HR field operations support
• Experience developing and implementing performance management systems like 9-box
• Experience with companywide, national-scale manpower planning
• Ability to travel extensively (50% or more); must reside near a major airline hub

Preferred Background & Skills

• Strategic planning for HR initiatives
• Experience in Training & Development, Talent Acquisition, and Compliance
• People-focused leadership style
