Job Objective:
Responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process. Works with the sales team as the subject matter expert for in-depth capabilities of Verity Solutions suite of services and relating their applicability in a prospective client's operations. It is the responsibility of the Solution Engagement Director to explain the technical and functional aspects Verity Solutions' products and services to users.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as a subject matter expert and sales resource on all technical details concerning how Verity software works and what problems it solves for our clients in various clinical settings.
Promote the benefits of Verity's solutions to health care executives emphasizing the specific benefits to each unique party.
Partner with Sales Directors, in managing customer relations by soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data we receive through client interactions.
Work collaboratively with the Sales Director in the sales process.
Proactively follow-up with technical questions that arise during the sales process.
Document and upkeep task notes and other client follow-up in Salesforce.
Serve as a key technical resource for Verity Solutions in all professional environments, both in person and via phone.
Engage with Sales leadership and Sales team members to plan and execute solution design for client engagements.
Assist in conducting savings analysis for a client's network of contract pharmacy relationships.
Provide clear customer feedback to Product Management and partner on potential solutions for product expansion and enhancements.
Ensure regular and on-going accurate customer data, touchpoint summaries and other key customer intelligence is available and leveraged in Salesforce.
Assist on RFP questionnaires and data collection and analysis for potential customer inquiries.
Represent Verity Solutions at industry events and conferences and assist with customer webinars.
Work collaboratively with Evernoth professional counterparts.
Engage with Verity's Operations and Product Management team as needed.
Attend to other initiatives and goals as assigned.
Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
BA or BS or equivalent experience.
Must have 3+ years of healthcare experience.
Possess effective and clear presentation skills to convey the capabilities of Verity to prospects in a manner that is understandable and appealing.
Experienced and proven comfort level in communicating with IT and pharmacy staff as well as VP Level and C- Level.
Strong MS Office Experience.
Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM preferred.
Detail oriented and with strong organization skills.
Ability to travel for customer meetings and attend trade shows as needed.
Ability to work collaboratively with sales team members and other Verity departments.
Experience working in a goal oriented, quarterly focused and dynamic environment.
Working Conditions:
The job conditions for this position are in a standard home office setting. Employees in this position use PC and phone on an on-going basis throughout the day. Travel is expected to be up to 50% of the time, country wide.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
