Join us as a Product Manager. We're seeking a strategic and respected leader who excels in blending customer compassion, critical thinking, and technical expertise. You will own T-Mobile's products, platforms, and services, identifying customer needs and leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Your role will involve conducting market research, defining product strategy, crafting roadmaps, and driving technical delivery while collaborating with partners to meet business goals and positively impact customers' lives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle and develop roadmaps at the technology/functional level.
  2. Drive data and metrics tracking through JIRA to monitor team performance and identify opportunities.
  3. Partner with business and internal/external collaborators to understand current customer experiences, identify opportunities, and lead product vision and strategy.
  4. Manage product backlog and prioritize with business and technology partners through grooming sessions.
  5. Consider the big picture of challenges affecting customer experience, including technical, functional, process, and policy factors, and creatively define solutions.
  6. Advocate for a strong customer focus, aligning decision-making with IT investment and prioritization.
  7. Work with the business to define initiative scope, benefits, and ROI.
  8. Plan and lead product releases in collaboration with all partners.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  1. 5+ years of relevant experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or System Analysis within an agile environment.
  2. Proven success in delivering software using Agile Scrum methodologies.
  3. Strong requirements elicitation and clear, concise writing skills tailored to different audiences.
  4. Experience with Agile backlog and project management tools.
  5. Ability to develop Initiatives, Features, and User Stories for DevOps teams.
  6. Experience managing large, complex business and technology initiatives.
  7. Excellent communication skills for engaging with leadership and technical/non-technical audiences, fostering collaboration and influence.
  8. Strong analytical skills, with a track record of using product data to inform decisions.
  9. Proficiency in MS Office suite.

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.

Base Pay Range: $103,400 - $186,400. Corporate Bonus Target: 15%. Actual pay varies based on location, qualifications, and experience.
