We're looking to hire a talented Senior Product Manager, Equipment Solutions based in Denton, TX.

Reporting to the Director, Product Marketing for Equipment Solutions North America the Senior Product Manager, Equipment Solutions will play a critical role in driving the development and growth of Light Industrial Products, including PPE, Manual Plasma, Accessories and for the North America market. The role is responsible for executing the product marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and profitable revenue growth in North America. Developing and implementing the strategic plan and deploying Voice of Customer (VOC) will be a tool to research and identify customers' needs and market opportunities.

Primary Duties

• Conduct detailed market analysis and customer research to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape, aligning these insights to the regional 80/20 culture and activities.
• Support the design and drive the execution of marketing initiatives to leverage our innovative suite of products to grow our customer and distributor base and maximize revenue growth.
• Support the development and lead the implementation of targeted marketing campaigns and programs to capture a larger share of wallets from key channels and end users, maximizing revenue and profitability potential.
• Execute 80/20 efforts for product line simplification in the region for the portfolio and partner with sales and operations to drive measurable improvements in reducing complexity.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Product Management teams [local and global] to ensure effective alignment of marketing efforts with their objectives, fostering cross-functional collaboration for successful execution.
• Identify target segments to pursue, map needs for these segments and, in collaboration with global product marketing and engineering, translate these needs into offerings and services roadmaps.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate marketing performance metrics, such as market share, revenue, and margin, to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven adjustments.
• Lead discussions about product positioning and messaging strategies to differentiate the organization's products and solutions in the market, enhancing brand awareness and market penetration.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute innovation, continuous improvement, and best practice sharing.

• Work with regional sales teams to implement an effective commercial strategy to win with the light industrial equipment portfolio.
• Collaborate with supply chain and manufacturing to make delivery, quality, and servicing performance a key competitive differentiator.
• Own product strategy and roadmap for the light industrial equipment portfolio on business in the region.
• Partner with sales organization to develop and drive product line-specific growth actions.
• Bring new products to market, execute the launch strategy, planning, deliverables, timelines and more to ensure maximum revenue impact by product line.
• Update marketing material and collaterals to demonstrate ESAB's value proposition for target segments while illustrating the solution approach for these segments.
• Work with marketing communication to innovate ways to reach and deliver the value proposition message to target customers.
• Provide product trainings to sales, field marketing and channel partners.
• Own the KPIs and metrics to measure the portfolio progress. Uses data-driven insights to continuously improve strategies and drive growth initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned or may be required to support business objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration or related field required.
• 5+ years of Marketing leadership experience, preferably within the welding, industrial or manufacturing sectors.
• Demonstrated success in launching and promoting industrial products.
• Progressive Marketing experience with proven success in expanding market presence and creating and implementing successful marketing initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically are essential.
• Strong financial skills with the ability to analyze potential development opportunities and trends are essential.
• Compelling storyteller who can translate technical features into customer benefits that resonate deeply with our target audiences.
• Demonstrated ability with managing pricing processes with cross-functional partners.
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in market analysis, segmentation, and competitive intelligence.

• Remains in a stationary position 50% of the time and involves additional physical demands such as ascending/descending stairs, walking stooping and standing.
• Must wear Personal Protective Equipment 'PPE' when working/visiting manufacturing and plant locations.
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery including but not limited to printer, tablets, cell phones.
• Moves transports, puts, or removes equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.; pushes, pulls products weighing up to 200 lbs. using provided safety tools.
• May be exposed to varying weather during travel.
• Domestic travel required approximately 50%.
