Position Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Compliance Officer for the Integrity Life segment. This leader will oversee strategic compliance, manage compliance officers, and ensure adherence to federal and state regulations related to various insurance products. The role involves collaboration with legal, regulatory, marketing, and risk management teams to align compliance strategies with company goals, oversee compliance operations, and support product marketing and risk mitigation efforts.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Identify, assess, and manage compliance risks; develop mitigation strategies.
  • Supervise compliance operations for Integrity Life.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations across the organization.
  • Maintain policies and supervise subsidiary compliance officers.
  • Collaborate with ERM team to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Utilize technology platforms for compliance oversight and testing.
  • Develop action plans to address compliance weaknesses.
  • Manage examinations and collaborate with senior management to communicate risk management strategies.

  • 3+ years of compliance leadership and people management.
  • Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) or similar certifications preferred.
