About This Position

This position will support the operations and maintenance (O&M) activities for Radian focusing on utility-scale solar PV and BESS projects within ERCOT. The ideal candidate will have experience in solar PV and BESS operations, project support, and relationship management.

Overview of Department

The Operations Team ensures that our renewable energy assets are operated to the highest standards and is responsible for project operations, asset management, and operational compliance.

Please note this specific posting is for our Radian sites in Brookesmith, TX (12224 FM 586, Brookesmith, TX 76827). This role will be based on site (M-F).

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support the O&M activities for projects in the region, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and assessments.
  • Monitor warranty and remediation activities.
  • Assist in the development of maintenance plans.
  • Coordinate with 3rd party O&M teams for maintenance and repairs.
  • Serve as a point of contact between the owner and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Facilitate communication to executives regarding project status.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Ability to be on site everyday (M-F).
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in operations and maintenance of utility-scale solar PV projects.
  • Strong knowledge of solar PV technology and operational best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly within the region.

Physical and Sensory Requirements

  • Daily travel to site.
  • Ability to operate a company vehicle.

Salary and Benefits

  • Salary: $110,000 USD to $120,000 USD base salary with 20-25% annual target bonus.
