Our client is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join their team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be part of the operations supporting various sourcing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Data Entry Specialist
Location: Frisco, TX (Onsite or Hybrid, 3 to 5 days a week in office)
What's the Job?
- Accurately enter data from various sources into designated systems.
- Utilize Excel for data collection and manipulation.
- Collaborate with team members and vendors to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Process approved contracts in Salesforce by creating Cases, Opportunities, and Docusign envelopes.
- Assist with research on ad-hoc requests, such as researching NTP dates for sites that may be deselected.
What's Needed?
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in data entry or a similar role.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel.
- Familiarity with Salesforce for data entry and retrieval of information.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure data security.
- Experience in telecommunications or FTTC (fiber to the cell) is preferred.
