The City of Highland Village is hiring a Part Time Gate Attendant that can provide customer service at our beautiful lake front parks. This community is a vibrant, family oriented community in southern Denton County. You will serve our 17,000 citizens plus visiting guests by connecting with them and making their experience an enjoyable one at our parks. Duties of this position is to collect fees to use the park at tollgates, handle pavilion rentals, annual passes, and take reservations for overnight camping. The Gate Attendant must be able to communicate effectively, enforce park rules and regulations, and use online software to make reservations. The Part Time Gate Attendant must have: A High School Diploma or GED - Two (2) years of previous experience in customer service. Two (2) years of previous experience with routine cash handling.
