Job Summary
We are seeking to hire a Barista who contribute to our success by providing world-class service to our customers. Responsibilities include providing our customers with quality products, efficient service, and maintaining a clean and organized store, all while displaying a courteous service attitude. To be successful in this role, you should have customer service skills, the ability to perform multiple tasks at any given time, and the desire to embrace the Black Rifle Coffee culture.

What You'll Do as A Barista

• Serve legendary coffee drinks and deliver world-class customer service with a side of American pride.
• Master the cashier role by handling transactions quickly, accurately, and with a smile.
• Craft high-quality coffee beverages and food items, following all health, safety, and recipe standards.
• Own your workstation-whether it's the espresso bar, cashier counter, or back of house-keep it clean, stocked, and mission-ready.
• Proactively anticipate customer and store needs-think fast, stay sharp, and serve with purpose.
• Communicate with your team and leadership to support customer service goals and uphold our freedom-loving culture.
• Live the Black Rifle Coffee Company values every day with radical transparency and integrity.
• Follow store operations, including cash handling (cashier) procedures, and health and safety regulations.
• Celebrate wins-big or small-with your team, because we work hard and honor every success.

What You Bring to The Table

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years in customer service, hospitality, or a cashier role preferred.
• Previous barista experience? Awesome! If not, we'll train you to be a coffee pro.
• Willingness to learn new coffee techniques and equipment.
• Attention to detail-you'll need it whether dialing in espresso shots or managing cashier transactions.
• A genuine desire to engage with customers and make every interaction memorable.
• Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays-you know, when people need their coffee most.
• Passion for freedom, community, and great service.
