#x 9; Establish and implement supply chain processes for the companys new facility in India. Identify, qualify, and onboard regional suppliers to improve cost, quality, and delivery timelines. Collaborate with production and planning teams to ensure material availability and minimize supply disruptions. Define and monitor KPIs related to supplier performance, inventory levels, and logistics. Mentor and support the development of the local supply chain team. Collaborate across time zones to ensure global integration and alignment. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics. Proficiency in ERP/ MRP systems. Proven negotiation skills and experience with supplier development.
