In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our most valuable clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving business growth. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Aerones' services to maximize revenue potential.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities in order to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
• Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Conduct regular client reviews to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within a technology or engineering environment.
• Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving business growth.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
