Bilingual Human Resources Specialist

At Uline, we believe our people make the difference! As a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Human Resources Specialist, you will be the face of our hiring process, guiding candidates and new hires towards success while ensuring they have a positive experience with us!

Join our team! This is an on-site position for individuals who share our enthusiasm for excellence.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with candidates to schedule interviews, answer their questions, and assist new hires with onboarding paperwork.

• Conduct pre-employment assessments and ensure that candidate records are accurately maintained.

• Relay important candidate information to interview teams, including management.

• Manage HR email inquiries and provide follow-ups as necessary.

• Offer administrative support, assist with special projects, and prepare weekly recruiting summaries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) - must be fluent in both verbal and written communication.

• 2+ years of experience in HR or relevant administrative roles.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
