The Coordinator, HVAC & IoT Team is responsible for scheduling routine preventative maintenance visits, executing work orders and dispatching Trade Partners for service repairs & replacements via triage from Partnership Support Services, utilizing the CRM system to ensure account transparency to team members, demonstrating and representing the company's mission internally & externally, having best-in-class industry and company service and product knowledge.

Deliver on operating / retention targets for clients by executing the company's philosophical principle (being the best in the world at what we do) during every aspect of service dispatch with Clients & Trade Partners.
