Vaco Boston has partnered with our client to hire a financial analyst to join their team!

When: Immediate need, contract to perm
Pay:$33/hour
Where: Frisco, TX

Experience required:

• 0-3 years experience with financial planning / trade management systems
• Experience with month end close / forecasting is preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitoring financial performance and identifying trends.
• Supporting monthly and quarterly business metric reporting.
• Conducting ad-hoc analysis for senior management.
• Consolidating and analyzing financial data.
• Assisting with financial planning and forecasting.
• Maintaining a corporate repository of metric definitions.

Requirements and skills

• Bachelor's degree in finance, data analysis, economics, math, or engineering.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
• Interest in reporting and data analysis tools (Tableau and SQL are a plus).
• Strong business analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Teamwork and collaborative skills.
