Job Description:

• Involves monitoring, triaging, and managing incidents across the MCP stack including network, IT, and infrastructure, ensuring operational efficiency and prompt resolution of issues.
• Schedule, coordinate and execute break/fix and planned software upgrade maintenance activities across the full stack inclusive of pre/post check activities.
• Uses monitoring tools to track network health, traffic, and performance metrics.
• Detects and logs alarms for outages, latency, or degraded service.
• Operational support of MCP Platform and Infrastructure layers.

Skills:

• T-Mobile observability platform (MVP implementation)
• Basic knowledge of ServiceNow – Used at T-Mobile's primary ticketing platform
• Associate's degree minimum, bachelor's highly preferred
• 3+ years of experience required
• Cloud operations networking knowledge preferred
• Experience with ServiceNow AI module, specifically utilizing it for automation
• Advantage: Aware of T-Mobile Observability Tool
