A Senior Product Manager (SPM) is a high-level professional responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to market launch and post-launch management, by defining the product vision, creating a roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the product's success in the market. The SPM typically takes a strategic approach, leading product development, identifying market opportunities, and aligning stakeholders across the organization.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Define the overall product strategy, set long-term product vision, and identify new market opportunities.
2. Product Roadmap Development: Create and manage a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and aligning with business objectives.
3. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure smooth product development and execution.
5. Feature Prioritization: Analyze data and user feedback to prioritize feature development and allocate resources effectively.
6. Product Requirements Definition: Translate business needs into detailed product requirements documents for engineering teams.
7. Launch and Go-to-Market Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of a successful go-to-market strategy, including product messaging and launch plans.
8. Metrics and Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
2. Prior experience in a position that required customer interaction.
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
4. High motivation with an eagerness to learn new processes.
5. Previous programming experience is a nice-to-have, but not mandatory.
6. Consistent and regular attendance.
