Salary: $95,000 - $150,000 per year

We are seeking a bright, diligent, experienced Probate and Estate Planning Attorney. l to join our boutique law firm. Teamwork, organization, and customer service are crucial to this role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support to attorneys
- Prepare Probate Pleadings
- Track inventory and distribution of assets
- Knowledge of IRS Forms
- Recording documents and deeds with courts, E-Filing
- Proofread all documents and correspondence for accuracy
- Enter time and print reports as requested
- Heavy Dictation
- Maintaining clients files including preparing documents for signings
- Daily communication with clients in a professional manner
- Filing wills in appropriate counties, ensuring proper docketing and timely filing of all tax returns and court papers
- Communicating with governmental agencies, accountants/advisors, financial institutions and other relevant third parties regarding the administration of trusts, estates, and guardianships
Qualifications:
- Efficient, fast learner, detail-oriented
- Personable, professional, and dependable with good phone skills
- Experience with HotDocs program is a plus but not required
oHands-on experience in a legal office
