*Responsibilities:*
* Conducting physical therapy assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
* Providing physical therapy interventions to patients in a home-based setting
* Documenting patient progress, treatment, and outcomes
* Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and caregivers to ensure comprehensive care

*Compensation and Benefits:*
* Pay up to $85.00 per regular visit
* Start of cares and reevaluations are paid at a higher rate
* Considered full-time therapists at 25 visits/week

*Minimum Requirements:*
* Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
* Current physical therapy license issued by the state of Texas and a current CPR certificate
