The resources required for this project along with the necessary skills and experiences:

1. 10+ years of experience.
2. Education – Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
3. Solid understanding of design patterns and OOAD principles.
4. Solid understanding of some or all of Microsoft business applications such as Microsoft CRM, SharePoint, Project Server, SQL Server, and some functional knowledge of an ERP application.
5. Solid knowledge of application development methodologies.
6. Solid understanding of development platforms, system-level developments, and networking principles, familiarity with security layers and firewall.
7. Basic knowledge of at least one ERP application.
