Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Services Manager to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in developing and interpreting organizational goals, policies, and procedures in the design phases of software development including internal design, code, test, documentation, and training. Your expertise will help us ensure continuous integration and delivery, enabling rapid development and deployment cycles.

1. Direct daily operations of the department, analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards, and setting deadlines.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and translate business goals into design solutions.
3. Evaluate data processing proposals to assess project feasibility and requirements.
4. Develop and interpret organizational goals, policies, and procedures.
5. Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements.
6. Evaluate the organization's technology use and needs and recommend improvements, such as hardware and software upgrades.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, or a closely related field.
2. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business personnel.
3. 12+ years of experience in business application development.
4. Confer with organizational members to accomplish work activities.
5. Related certifications would be a plus.

Work Schedule:
40 hours/week, 8 hour Shift.
