Role Overview: Could you be our next Assistant Director, Key Account?United American Insurance Company is looking for a Assistant Director, Key Account to join the team!

In this role, you will be responsible for helping our key agency accounts increase production and recruiting. This position will be responsible for managing assigned key agencies and producers for those agencies by offering training webinars, seminars, as well as recruiting. The Key Account Assistant Director will also help support and train employees regarding all aspects of the sales process.

This is a remote / work from home position.

What You Will Do:

  • Communicate effectively with our key accounts on a regular basis.
  • Travel to locations for key account meetings and events, as necessary.
  • Lead marketing events for in-person seminars and webinars (recruiting and training).
  • Lead webinars for agents/agencies for training and recruiting purposes.
  • Lead in person seminars for agents/agencies for training and recruiting purposes.
  • Create new webinars and content to improve our available training material.
  • Help train our internal team regarding our sales processes.
  • Manage Agents/Agencies to deliver quotas pertaining to contract level and downline agents/production.
  • Work with other internal departments to help expedite key account request and deliver exceptional service.


What You Can Bring:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience writing insurance or managing an Agency required or 3 years of employment with Globe Life.
  • Product experience/knowledge required with a strong emphasis on Medicare and other senior products.
  • Public speaking skills required.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs, comfortable with computers and internet (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, GoToMeeting).
  • Outgoing personality.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong follow up skills.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, committed team player with a passion to achieve excellence.
  • Able to accurately follow directions and adhere to company policies and standards.
  • Must understand what the competition is doing with regards to recruiting, training and incentives in their region.
  • Be familiar with where our company is most competitive.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with top agents in their territory.
