In the role of Materials Manager, you'll support the complete cycle of material flow-from the procurement and control of materials to the planning and control of work in process and the finished product. This position contributes to our vision by:
? Ensuring the alignment of the materials management strategy with the business strategies driving sales, marketing, finance, and manufacturing.
? Demonstrating ability to consistently deliver products and services to meet the customer's needs.
? Developing materials storage and delivery processes supportive of manufacturing operations.
? Implementing the correct process for in bound and out bound material tracking.
? Determining departmental inventory management strategies and objectives.
? Managing an efficient process for production scheduling, master production scheduling, MRP, demand management, S&OP, and stock policy.
? Identifying creative solutions and proactively implements process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness on the supply chain team.
? Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture.
? Regular, predictable attendance is required.
? Other duties may be assigned.
