Position Overview:

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Supply Chain, this role will work across brands with the Operations Team, managing inventory control, order fulfillment and supply chain processes. They will provide support in forecasting and demand planning, updating key reports and ensuring effective communication of any changes to teams and stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist Operations team with daily logistics, manufacturing and forecasting tasks
• Maintain records and databases, specifically NetSuite, to support meeting goals and deadlines
• Logistics support, monitor inventory movements, ensure effective reporting and communicate to teams and stakeholders
• Forecasting support, including reports and data management
• Process wholesale orders in appropriate systems and portals, update reporting and communicate to stakeholders
• Manage timely release of orders to the warehouse, resolve issues related to orders, ensure smooth processing of all orders
• Monitoring SKUs for overstock, understock, non-moving, discontinued and expiring item notification
• Assist with AP financial tasks and reporting

Experience / Abilities:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• 2+ years of experience in a supply chain or operational role
• Ecommerce experience a plus, with an understanding of ecommerce best practices, KPIs and reporting
• Previous beauty or CPG (consumer packaged goods) experience is desired
• Experience with Net Suite or similar ERP, Shopify Plus, Asana
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Excel required
• Strong attention to detail with exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, both oral and written
• Team player who works well both collaboratively and autonomously

Travel and Hours:

• This is a full-time position
• Hybrid role allows work from home up to 2 days per week (Monday and Friday)
• Legally able to work in the United States
