ResponsibilitiesAs an SEO Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the SEO strategy for our clients, from planning to execution. Youll be responsible for creating tailored SEO strategies, conducting thorough audits, and optimizing websites to improve rankings, visibility, and organic traffic. We have monthly birthday and work anniversary celebrations (which include lunch or happy hours).Primary Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for multiple clients to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic.Conduct regular SEO audits, identify issues, and implement solutions for on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.Perform keyword research to identify high-value keywords, and collaborate with the content team to optimize content strategy.practices are implemented, including site speed, mobile optimization, and crawlability.Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms. Use data to adjust strategies and improve results.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and actionable insights to stakeholders.QualificationsProven experience in managing search engine optimization campaigns.Expertise in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and similar platforms.Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.Experience with keyword research, backlinking strategies, and SEO audits.Ability to lead meetings with internal teams and clients.Ability to present and explain SEO strategies and results to clients.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make informed decisions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Experience collaborating with creative and web development teams is a plus.Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications or a related field preferred. Additional work experience is accepted in lieu of education.Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipBase CompensationThis is a part-time hourly position in the $20-$25 range with 24-30 hours to start with room to grow into a full-time position.
