Kendrick Mechanical Inc. is seeking a skilled HVAC Commercial Maintenance Technician to deliver top-notch maintenance and repair services for commercial heating and air conditioning systems. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct maintenance and repair services on commercial heating and air conditioning systems.
  • Accurately diagnose system issues and implement effective repair solutions.
  • Interpret and follow wiring diagrams and schematics for proper installation and repair.
  • Utilize a diverse range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve system issues.
  • Make informed repair and replacement decisions based on diagnostic findings.
  • Apply knowledge of basic ductwork practices to ensure optimal airflow.
  • Implement air balancing principles and techniques to enhance system performance and comfort.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a personable demeanor and building strong customer relationships.


The ideal candidate should possess:
  • 5+ years of experience in Commercial HVAC maintenance and repair is a plus (will train up the right candidate!)
  • NATE certification is a plus.
  • EPA Certification is required.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an insurable driving record.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics accurately.
  • Familiarity with a wide range of HVAC equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Experience in making repair and replacement decisions based on diagnostic findings.
  • Advanced customer service skills with a personable demeanor and strong customer relations skills.
  • Ability to walk the customer through the problems, solutions, pricing, and scheduling.
  • Ability to use ipad for service scheduling, daily notes, collecting payments, customer updates, etc.
  • Knowledge of basic ductwork practices to ensure efficient airflow.
  • Understanding of air balancing principles and techniques to optimize system performance.

Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • 7:30am - 4pm Monday through Friday. (Weekends, Overtime & Evenings as needed)


Work Location:
  • Celina, TX, 75009 and surrounding areas
