Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Project Manager:

• Lead and manage complex IT projects, including fintech, banking, and payments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including internal/external stakeholders and project teams
• Ensure effective communication and alignment across different groups, especially with teams in different time zones or cultures
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for project tracking and reporting to internal governance teams
• Resolve conflicts and solve problems efficiently and adaptably

• 5+ years of IT project management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, Vlookups, etc.)
• Must have prior experience in fintech, banking, and/or payments technology
• Must have at least a completed Bachelors Degree
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global teams
