Job Responsibility
- Understands the rules, regulations, and Code of Professional Conduct of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA)
- Delegates work to audit staff, audit seniors, supervise work, provide feedback, and evaluate their progress
- Effectively communicates (written and verbal) with clients and peers as needed
- Performs an in-charge role on most client engagements
- Effectively completes the broadest range of accountant tasks so that direct participation of supervisors, managers, or shareholders is kept to a minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related fields is required
- At least 2 - 4 years of experience in audit and assurance or a relevant position
- Industry experience in Construction, Energy & Natural Resources, ERISA, Healthcare, High Net-Worth Family Office, Non-Profit, or Real Estate is considered a PLUS
- Competitive Base Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 (DOE)
- Employer Sponsored Health/Medical/Dental (50 - 80%)
