As the Production Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of audio production for our radio stations. From creating captivating commercials to producing engaging station promos, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality and appeal of our on-air content.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative concepts for commercials, promos, and station imaging.
  • Collaborate with sales and programming teams to understand client needs and campaign objectives.
  • Write compelling copy for advertisements and promotional materials.
  • Direct voice talent to ensure high-quality production standards.
  • Manage production schedules and deadlines effectively.Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in audio production within the radio industry.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to craft persuasive copy.
  • Proficiency in audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Pro Tools).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to make quick revisions and communicate effectively.
