We are looking to hire experienced drywall technicians to our team!

The Patch Boys of Dallas and Denton is looking to add full-time, multi-skilled drywall repair technicians. We are a well-established and expert Drywall Repair Company servicing Dallas, Denton, Aubrey, Pilot Point, Lewisville, Southlake, Grapevine, Coppell, The Colony, Little Elm, Flower Mound, Argyle, Highland Village, Lake Dallas, Corinth, Carrolton, Richardson, Garland, Highland Park, Irving, Farmers Branch, Euless and surrounding areas. We have an A rating with the Better Business Bureau and 50+ Five Star Reviews across multiple platforms including Google, Angi, Thumbtack, BBB, Yelp and Nextdoor.

Our business is growing, and we are seeking experienced drywall repair, patching and finishing technicians to join our team. We also do trim work and basic remodeling.

Starting pay of $20 to $25, depending on experience!

Requirements

What we're looking for:

• A minimum of 3 years proven experience in hanging, installing, patching, repairing and finishing drywall including texture matching and painting. Trim work and remodeling experience are a plus.
• Your own hand tools, power tools and drywall repair and installation equipment.
• A reliable truck (that can transport materials and tools) and a clean driving record.
• Must complete a job application that includes 3 personal work references.
• Ability to pass criminal background check.
• Ability to pass a drug screening.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Will be required to complete an i-9 Form the first day of work.
• Self-discipline to come to work every day and be on time.
