Solution Manager

Location: Frisco, TX, preferred but may consider other locations if highly qualified

Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility

The Solution Manager will be a thought leader and will be able to build and present clear business cases, possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and have and be able to establish strong knowledge of ATM and General Access EFT network mechanics. The Solution Manager will work collaboratively will other areas of the organization to troubleshoot and remediate network issues, deploy new transaction types, and provide regular status reports to NCR Atleos executives. The individual chosen for this role will be an excellent communicator with a positive attitude and desire to work closely with others across the organization. He or she will be a passionate problem solver inclined toward action with a thirst to learn and a desire to create team wins over individual victories. The Solution Manager will be an insightful thought leader with a "roll up the sleeves" attitude ready, willing and able to personally execute each detail on the solution plan.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Become proficient in all aspects of Network operations
• Makes portfolio recommendations to ensure Allpoint remains profitable at the deal level
• Highlights financial risks and opportunities to direct manager
• Responsible for creating basic economic models
• Ensures contract execution across portfolio of Allpoint Issuers
• Owns all custom reporting for the Allpoint Network
• Responsible for troubleshooting and remediating all network and profile-based errors and exceptions across NCR Atleos' retail ATM portfolio
• Gain detailed level of familiarity with Allpoint network platform and mechanics

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years' experience in Project Management, Marketing, Business Development or Analytics in the ATM space
• Excellent, proven verbal and written communication skills, design skills and strong presentation skills to C-level audiences
• Expert in the network business and EFT network mechanics
• Experience working with a sales team
• Superior oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present to a diverse audience (business, technical, and leadership) and clearly communicate across diverse cultures and time zones.
• Proven record in successful delivery of process improvement initiatives, including development of process artifacts, training of stakeholders and oversight of adherence.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background screening

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Financial Institution services, payment or ATM industry is a plus
• Experience in product development is a plus
