CCK Strategies Managing Director

A Managing Director at CCK Strategies serves as the primary client contact, overseeing client-related activities and stewarding relationships. While some Managing Directors choose to pursue business development, acquiring new clients is not a required function of the role. As such, CCK is also seeking a Tax-focused Managing Director to oversee complex tax matters and engage in high-level client interactions. A Managing Director is responsible for an existing client portfolio valued between $1 million and $2 million annually, possessing final authority over the client relationship with the assurance of consultative coaching when needed.

The organizational impact of this position encompasses leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making. The influence centers on the development, implementation, or interpretation of crucial procedures and techniques vital to the firm's success.

Essential Job Functions

• Ensures excellent client firm-wide experiences with a strategic approach to meet the business strategies of clients Emphasizes market facing presence and develops trusted-advisor relationships with influential leaders.
• Initiates growth by generating new business, implementing client onboarding, and/or enhancing our technical expertise, while placing a high emphasis on client relations and stewardship.
• Emphasizes market facing presence and develops trusted-advisor relationships with influential leaders.
• Engages with internal CCK professionals with an elevated level of accountability to Partners, Firm Leaders, and each division - Tax, Client Advisory Services (CAS), and Assurance.
• Executes with a visionary and advisory mindset.
• Systemized approach to the process and result-minded
• Leadership strengths in decision-making, communication, time management, collaboration, and empowerment
• Adhere to all relevant information security policies and procedures, ensuring the protection of sensitive data and upholding the integrity and confidentiality of the company information.

Education and Experience
